Who we are

Vellum Law Practice takes its name from vellum, the fine parchment on which laws, charters and important agreements were recorded for centuries.

That heritage shapes how we work: with care, precision and respect for the weight of every document and every decision.

We advise and represent individuals, families and businesses across the full range of legal practice, including litigation and dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, property and real estate, family law, employment and labour, banking and finance, intellectual property, criminal law, tax, consumer protection, and wills, probate and estate planning.

As more of life and business moves online, we have built a dedicated cyber law practice covering data protection and privacy compliance under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, cybercrime matters, online fraud and scam recovery, e-commerce and digital contracts, technology and fintech regulation, and online defamation.
